摘要
"工业化全预制装配式整体式剪力墙结构(NPC体系)技术"采用预制钢筋混凝土柱、墙及预制钢筋混凝土叠合梁、板等,通过预埋件、预留插孔灌浆、钢筋混凝土后浇部分等,将梁、板、柱及节点连成整体,形成整体结构体系。以南通市海门中南世纪城33号楼为试点工程,其核心技术为节点连接构造。
＂Industrialized full-prefabricated assembly integral shear wall structure （NPC system） technology＂ adopts precast reinforced concrete column, wall, composite beam and plate which are connected into an integral structure system with nodes through pre-embedded fitting, reserved plug hole grouting and post casting of reinforced concrete. The No.33 building of Haimen Zhongnan Century City of Nantong City is taken as a pilot project and its core technique is node-connected structure.
