摘要
为了提高集散控制系统通信的可靠性、稳定性、抗干扰性和可扩展性,降低集散控制系统通信的故障率,提出了一种基于工业以太网的网络通信方式,并验证了该通信网络的可行性。该网络是一种采用分布式、冗余式、立体式的多层次网络结构。此结构使网络的负荷均匀分配,降低了网络的故障率,并使集散控制系统的网络向开放化、信息化的方向发展。
In order to enhance the reliability, stability, expansibility, anti-interference capability of DCS communication, and reduce the fault rate of DCS communication, the network communications mode based on industrial Ethernet is proposed and the feasibility of the communications network is verified. The network is a communications network with multiple layers in distributed, redundant and 3-D network structure, which makes the load of network fairly well distributed, and reduces the fault rate of network, thus brings the DCS network develop towards openning and information.
