创伤性失血性休克早期液体复苏研究现状

Present situation of early fluid resuscitation's research on hemorrhagic traumatic shock

创伤性失血性休克是一种急性循环衰竭,在治疗上,有效的液体复苏对创伤性失血性休克起着重要作用。基于对休克的发病机制的研究不断深入,现今的液体复苏概念与传统的液体复苏概念有所不同,对于创伤性失血性休克早期液体复苏与复苏时机如何把握,现在提出了一些新的概念,本文对此做一概述。

Hemorrhagic traumatic shock（HTS） is an acute circulatory failure. The effective early fluid resuscitation＇s approaches for HTS play an important role in the treatment. The nowadays conceptions on fluid resuscitation of HTS are different from the traditional conceptions. Based on the progressive profound research and under- standing of the shock, some new conceptions on early fluid resuscitation and resusciation＇s timing for HTS have been raised . This paper provided a comprehensive overview.
