摘要
从光照、温度、NaCl胁迫等方面对红花大金元种子萌发特性进行了探讨。结果表明:光照对红花大金元种子萌发有显著促进作用;种子萌发的适宜温度为25~30℃,以25℃的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数最高且萌发后的幼苗生长良好;NaCl胁迫对红花大金元种子萌发和幼苗生长均有抑制作用:随NaCl浓度升高,种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗生长量均下降,发芽的高峰期推迟且峰值变小,相对盐害率升高;浓度大于0.20 mol/L时对种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用明显,浓度达到0.50 mol/L时种子不再发芽,但低浓度(0.01 mol/L和0.05 mol/L)下种子发芽势、发芽率与对照差异不显著。
Seed germination characteristics of Hongda, a Tobacco Variety, were examined from aspects including light, temperature and NaCl Stress. The results showed that: The seed germination of Hongda was significantly promoted by light;the appropriate range of temperature for seed germination was 25 ℃ to 30 ℃ and 25 ℃ was the optimum for seed germination and seedling growth. NaCl stress had significant effect on seed germination of Hongda: With the increasing of NaCl concentration, the seed germination energy, rate, index, vigor index and seedling growth all decreased, while the relative salt injury rate ascended. When NaCl concentration greater than 0.20 mol/L seed germination were inhibited obviously, and seedling growth and when concentration reached 0.50 mol/L,and the seeds no longer germinated. But under the low concentration (0.01 mol/L and 0. 05 mol/L) ,the seed germination energy and rate had no significant difference with ck.
