摘要
从建立大学生科技创新基金、鼓励学生积极申报各级创新课题、建立多样化的科技创新社会实践活动和实行大学生科技创新的导师制制度4方面,说明了良好的激励机制是大学生科技创新的前提。从设立设计性实验项目、实行开放性实验项目申报制度和建立开放实验室管理模式3方面论述了健全的开放实验室管理模式是实现大学生科技创新的保证,以及建立一套比较完整的大学生科技创新与开放实验室利用效率评估体系的重要性。对普通高校开展大学生科技创新与开放实验室管理方法的研究,具有一定的参考作用。
This paper explained the ways to encourage undergraduates＇ various scientific and technological innovation by building up a framework for scientific and technological renovation, encouraging students to declare scientific research projects, attending various social practices and building up a tutor system. The management modes of open laboratory are mainly setting design-oriented experiment, declaring projects of open experiments and establishing management sys- tems of open laboratory. It is very important to set up an assessment system connecting the undergraduates＇ scientific and technological innovation with the comprehensive utilization rate of open laboratory. It will play a certain reference role for carrying on undergraduates＇ various scientific and technological innovation and studying the management pattern of open laboratory in common colleges and universities as well.
