摘要
采集浙江舟山秀山的滩涂海泥,通过水浸提、过滤、离心沉降处理制备水溶体系,采用BCS-Trolox法测定体系的总抗氧化性能,采用酪氨酸酶法评价体系的美白功效;研究了制备水溶体系时温度、pH、时间和转速对体系的抗氧化性能和美白功效的影响。结果表明:海泥水溶体系制备的工艺条件为温度40~65℃、时间20 min,转速9 000 r/min的酸性条件,体系的抗氧化性能和美白功效显著。
Sea mud sample was collected from bottomland in Xiushan. The sample was prepared through distilling, filtration, sedimentation, water-soluble phase system (called distilling solution of sea mud) and the totel antioxidizing capability of the system was determined by BCS-Trolox method. Using Tyrosinase inhibition test screening out arbitin solution as standard control, the whitening efficacy of the system was examined .The effect of temperature, pH and time on the system efficacy of antioxidazing and whitening was researched. The results show that the optimal extracting conditions were as follows, temperature of 40-65 ℃, time for 20 min, speed 9 000 r/min in acidic condition the system has the strongest antioxidazing capacity and whitening efficacy.
