超声与手工龈下刮治术治疗慢性牙周炎对比观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较超声龈下刮治术与手工龈下刮治术治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法32例慢性牙周炎患者,龈上洁治术后随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采用超声龈下刮治术与手工龈下刮治术进行龈下刮治术治疗。治疗前和治疗后6、12周检测菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙齿松动度(TM)和牙周探诊深度(PD),并记录治疗时间。结果两组术后6周和12周各项临床指标均较术前有明显下降(P<0.05),两组术后6周和12周各指标相近(P>0.05)。实验组治疗时间少于对照组。结论超声龈下刮治术与手工龈下刮治术对于慢性牙周炎的疗效无差异,但超声龈下刮治术临床治疗时间短。
