摘要
保持架运转不稳定是引起轴承振动和噪声的重要原因。利用多体动力学软件对球轴承保持架运转特性进行仿真及分析,仿真接触参数由有限元软件分析结果确定。通过仿真可知套圈保持架间隙及保持架兜孔间隙存在一定的比例关系,共同影响保持架运转稳定性,但径向游隙大时,保持架会一直不稳定。
The unstability of the cage motion is the important reason that cause the vibration and noise of bearing. The multi-body dynamics software is used to analyze the performance characteristics of the ball bearing cage, and the contact parameters of simulation are supported by the FEM software. According to the analysis, there is a certain proportional relationship between the cage-ring clearance and the cage pocket clearance that have a common influence on the cage performance stability, but the cage will be unsteady when the radial clearance is large.
