摘要
自我认识是远程学习者开展自主学习、个性化学习和终身学习的前提,也是学习者实现自我管理的基础。本文讨论了远程学习者自我认识的内涵、范畴与意义,根据远程学习的实际,从学习意识、学习需要、学习目标与学习任务、学习风格、学习动机、优势智能和元认知等七个方面探讨了自我认识的指向和方法,以期为远程学习者的自我认识提供有益的参考。
Self-understanding is the precondition of self-regulated learning, personalized learning and life-long learning, and also the foundation of self-management for the distance learner. In order to provide some helpful references for the distance learner to do self-understanding, this paper discusses the connotation, domain and the significance of self-understanding, and based on the practice of distance learning, this paper also investigates the directions and methods of self-understanding for the distance learner, from the perspectives of learning consciousness, learning needs, Learning objectives, learning tasks, Learning styles, preponderant Intelligences and metacognition.
