高效液相色谱法测定眩痛定胶囊中延胡索乙素含量

Determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in Xuantongding Capsule by HPLC

目的建立测定眩痛定胶囊中延胡索乙素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为含0.2%三乙胺的水-甲醇(52∶48),检测波长283nm,流速1.2mL/min。结果延胡索乙素质量浓度在8.0～40.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=16576.5C-16466.5(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.72%,RSD为2.88%。结论该法适用于眩痛定胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Xuantongding Capsule. Methods The determination was performed on Hypersil ODS column （150mm×4.6mm,5μm）.The mobile phase consisted of water（containing 0. 2% triethylamine）-methanol（52：48） with the flow rate of 1.2 mL/min and the detective wavelength of 283 nm. Results The linear sample size range for tetrabydropalmatine was 8.0-40. 0 μg/mL, the equation was A = 16 576. 5 C-16466.5（ r=0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 99.72%, RSD = 2. 88%. Conclusion The method is suitable for the quality control of tetrahydropalmatine in Xuantongding Capsule.
