K—355型凯氏定氮蒸馏仪测定笋干中亚硫酸盐含量

摘要 根据GB/T 5009.34-2003食品中亚硫酸盐的测定,利用瑞士BUCHI凯氏定氮蒸馏仪K-355进行蒸馏,与传统全玻璃蒸馏装置比对。试验结果表明,两者检测结果无显著差异(P〈0.05),此仪器蒸馏精密度较好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.63%~3.60%,回收率为91.05%~102.95%。 This experiment was carried out according to the national standard GB/T 5009.34-2003 The Determination of Sulfites in Foods. A Kjeldahl distillation instrument (BUCHI K-355, Swiss) was used. The results showed that there was no significant difference (p〈0.05) compared with the method under the traditional distillation instrument, and had good precision. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the results was between 1.63%-3.60% and the recovery was between 91.05%-102.95%.
