摘要
采用室内果实浸泡法与雨后田间调查相结合,研究探讨了影响枣裂果的主要因子。结果表明,裂果敏感性与坡向、坡度、品种、果实成熟期和用途以及果实表皮厚度有关,阳坡地果实裂果较阴坡地的轻,平地果实较荒坡地的轻;不同品种抗裂性差异极大;制干品种较鲜食和鲜干兼用品种抗裂;晚熟品种较中熟品种抗裂;果实表皮越厚越抗裂。而裂果敏感性与果实大小、形状、含糖量及角质层厚度无关。
Fruit cracking is one of the main problems in jujube production.Major factors effecting fruit cracking were studied with indoor fruit soak method and field investigation after raining.The results showed that the susceptibility to fruit cracking is related to the slope direction and slope degree of the field,variety,fruit mature period, usage of variety and thickness of fruit epidermis;the cracking extent is more serious in the south field of a hill than in the north,and in the flat ground than in the sloping one;the crack resistances are significantly different among varieties;crack-resistance is stronger in drying variety than fresh and fresh/drying ones,and latematuring than medium-maturing Ones;the thicker of the cutilar of the fruit,the stronger of the medium resistance.And the size,shape,sugar content and the thickness of cuticlar of the fruit did not show such an obvious key relationship.
