摘要
提出了低应力车架的概念,基于陆风X6的实体建模之上建立了其有限元模型,对各零部件之间的连接关系进行了模拟,并在此基础上进行了静态强度特性分析,得到了引起车架纵梁产生开裂原因的结果。对陆风X6车架进行了结构优化并在陆风X8上得到了应用,结果表明优化后的陆风X8车架结构克服了车架纵梁开裂的问题,对工程有一定的实用价值。
The concept of off-road vehicle's low stress frame was put forward.The finite element model was established based on solid modeling of Landwind X6.The connection relation between parts was simulated,based on which its static strength was analyzed.The cause of the frame side rail cracking was obtained.The structure of Landwind X6 frame was optimized and applied in Landwind X8.The results show that the optimized structural frame of Landwind X8 overcame the problem of longitudinal beam cracking and has a practical value in engineering.
