摘要
目的:探讨老年糖尿病微血管病变患者糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清蛋白、各血细胞参数的变化及临床意义。方法:128例老年糖尿病患者分为A组(无微血管病变组68例)与B组(微血管病变组60例),对照组(50例),检测各组糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清蛋白、血细胞参数并作统计分析。结果:(1)糖尿病组糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清蛋白、平均红细胞容积、红细胞体积分布宽度、白细胞计数、血小板平均容积、血小板分布宽度增高,与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与A组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)糖尿病组血小板计数减低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与A组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联合检测糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清蛋白、血细胞参数对老年糖尿病患者微血管病变的发生、发展及预后判断有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin,glycosylated serum protein and peripheral blood cell parameters in senile patients with diabetic microangiopathy. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of senile diabetes mellitus were divided into group A(68 cases not complicated with diabetic microangiopathy) and group B (60 cases complicated with diabetic microangiopathy),and other 50 cases were controls. Glycosylated hemoglobin,glycosylated serum protein and peripheral blood cell parameters were determined. Results The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin,glycosylated serum protein,mean corpuscular volume,red blood cell volume distribution width,white blood cell,mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width were higher in group A and B than those in conrol group (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). These parameters were significantly higher in group B than those in group A (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). The level of platelet count was significantly lower in group A and B,with no statistic difference between them(P〉0.05). Conclusion The combination detection of glycosylated hemoglobin,glycosylated serum protein and peripheral blood cell parameters in senile diabetic patients plays an important role in the development and prognosis of microangiopathy.
