摘要
采用单因素实验设计优选白鹤藤总皂苷的超声波乙醇浸提法提取条件,白鹤藤中所含有的总皂苷经5%香草醛-冰醋酸和高氯酸(1∶4)混合液处理后显色,用分光光度法在波长445 nm处测定吸光值。最终确定白鹤藤总皂苷的最佳超声波乙醇浸提提取条件为:以75%乙醇为提取剂,温度75℃,超声波浸提提取时间45 min,料液比1∶20,超声波功率100 MHz。用本法提取白鹤藤总皂苷经济简便无污染。
Optimum conditions (ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time, the ratio of solid to liquid of extraction system) were determined by the experiments of single-factor. The total saponins from the Argyreia acuta Lout was treated with mixed liquid of 5 % vanillin-acetic acid and perchlorate(1:4). The absorption value of total saponins was determined by Ultrospec 722 spectrophotometer at 445 nm. The optimum condition was as followed: the solvent was 75 % ethanol, the temperature was 75℃, the extracting time was 45 min and the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20,the power of ultrasonc was 100 MHz. It was an economical,convenient,and pollution-free way to extract the total saponin from Argyreia acuta Lour.
