摘要 研究了承受不同冷变形量的高纯Ag(99999%)和含有痕量稀土元素Ce(21ppm)、Eu(16ppm)、Gd(20ppm)的Ag-RE合金在23℃和50℃的回复过程中力学性能、电学性能、晶格畸变等性能的变化。Ce、Eu具有明显抑制纯Ag回复软化的作用并提高再结晶温度15~30℃;Gd对Ag的再结晶温度的影响及对抑制回复软化的作用甚小。痕量稀土Ce。 The recovery and recrystallization of high pure Ag (99 999%) and Ag-RE (RE=21ppm Ce, 16ppm Eu and 20ppm Gd) alloys were studied. According to the changes of the mechnical and electrical properties as well as the microstructure, it was found that Ce and Eu additives restrained obviously the recovery process and increased the recrystallization temperatures of Ag about 15~30℃;Gd additive had small influence on the recovery and recrystallization process of Ag. On the other hand, Ce and Eu additives decreased the recovery rate constant and increased the recovery activation energy of Ag.
