摘要
介绍了国内外玻璃钢抽油杆技术的研究现状。玻璃钢抽油杆具有质量轻、强度高、弹性大、抗腐蚀和抽油时具有超行程等优点;可使抽油机驴头载荷降低37.5%,油井增产75%;可不更换抽油设备而增大抽吸参数;可使有杆泵抽油设备适用于超深井、斜井和严重腐蚀油井。设计玻璃钢杆柱和确定其工作制度时,必须考虑载荷系数、频率系数和阻尼系数对冲程长度的影响。
This paper introduces the foreign researches of serviceability for glass steel sucker rod. The results indicated that pumping unit horse head load was reduced by 37.5% and oil well production was increased by 75%. The previous pumping unit raised pumping parameters, the rod pumping system was suited to overdepth well, inclined well and serious corrosive well. When design of glass steel sucker rod string and determine of the working system, consideration must be taken the impact of loading factor, frequency factor and resistive factor to the stroke length.
