摘要 以Freescale公司的M68HC08GZ168位单片机为控制核心,针对锰酸锂动力电池组构成的电池管理系统中的CPU模块、检测模块及均衡模块,从硬件的角度进行分析。该系统可以实现充放电过程中过充和过放电的保护,能够解决充电过程中电量均衡问题。可对电压、电流、温度信号进行检测,利用SOC估算法估算电池的剩余电量。该系统基本可以实现预期功能,满足了应用需求。 From the angle of hardware. This paper introduces the CPU module, inspection module and balanced module of a battery management system based on Freescale MCU M68HC08GZ16 for acid lithium battery power. This system can be realized in the process of charging and discharging the overcharge protection of discharge, and can solve the process of charging power equilibrium problems.And the system can detect the voltage, current, temperature signal, according to these signals can estimate the SOC in the way of SOC estimation . The system can realize the basic functions, meeting the expected application requirements.
