Design and Application of Second-hand House Trading and Financial Regulation Systems

针对传统二手房交易系统业务流程不够灵活、无法根据需求及时调整业务流程、也没有提供二手房交易资金监管功能等缺点,讨论了二手房交易及资金监管系统的功能需求。设计了C/S模式与B/S模式相结合的系统体系结构,研究工作流技术在二手房交易及资金监管系统中的应用。应用结果证明了系统的灵活性和实用性。

Aiming at the flaw that the business process in second-hand house trading systems was not flexible enough, which could not adjust business timely with the policy change, as well as could not provide financial regulation of second-hand house, The functional requirements of second-hand house trading and financial regulation systems are discussed, designed the system structure based on the combination of C/S mode and B/S mode, and researched the application of Workflow Technique in second-hand house trading and financial regulation systems. Its application results prove its effectiveness and practicality.
