Exploring the Drug Price Negotiating Mechanism with Drug Supplier for the Medical Insurance Institutions

当前,"看病贵,看病难"已经成为社会大众广为诟病的一个问题,医药卫生体制改革成为社会各界争论的焦点。在中国,药品费用占医疗卫生费用的比重过大,"吃不起药"成为看病贵的主要表现之一。文章从医疗保险部门合理管控药品费用出发,在现时可行性分析的基础上,探索了建立医疗保险部门与药品供应商的药品价格谈判机制,以期能对合理控制药品费用产生一定的影响。

The Chinese Health Service Management. Abstract The outstanding issue of ＂the Medical Treatment Difficult and Expensive Medical Treatment＂ had pushed the reform of medical and health care system into social focus. In China, as the total health expenditure is mostly accounted by drug cost, it is important to develop effective system to control drug price. Based on feasibility analysis, and focused on controlling drug price, the drug price negotiating mechanism with drug supplier for the medical insurance institutions was discussed, which is anticipated to have a positive effect on controlling the drug cost.
