摘要
利用谷冷技术在高温季节对浅圆仓中所储玉米进行降温,谷冷机出风口温度为18℃,相对湿度为80%,净谷冷时间为380.5 h,试验仓基础粮温从25.96℃降低至20.64℃,成本为0.50元/吨.度,平均水分降低0.3%。通过对谷冷过程中粮温和水分变化的检测分析,研究了谷冷降温过程中粮食平均温度及粮食水分含量的变化规律,探讨了温度降低量与能耗之间的对应关系。
Grain cooling technology was applied to reduce temperature of the stored corn in squat silos in high temperature season. When the outlet temperature of grain cooler was 18℃ and 18% R. H. for 380.5 hours, grain temperature decreased from 25.96℃ to 20.64℃, and the average moisture reduced by 0.3%. Temperature decreased by 1℃ for per ton of grain, it would cost 0.5 Yuan RMB. By determining and analyzing grain temperature and moisture change during grain cooling, the change law of average grain temperature and moisture content was investigated, and the corresponding relation between temperature decreasing and energy consumption was also discussed.
