摘要
提出了一种自适应模糊PID的控制方法,并将其应用于液压驱动并联坐标测量机的控制.通过使用Matlab中的模糊工具箱,在Simulink环境下设计和搭建了模糊PID控制器,并以并联坐标测量机单通道的电液伺服系统为控制对象进行了仿真.
A technique of self- adaptive fuzzy PID control is presented,and applied to the control of a hydraulic driving 6 - DOF parallel - link coordinate- measuring machine (CMM). Using fuzzy toolbox provided in Matlab, the author designed and built a fuzzy PID controller in Simulink environment,and also offered simulation on an eleetro- hydraulic servo system of a single channel of the parallel - link CMM.
