内皮损伤与移植物抗宿主病相关性的研究进展

摘要 近年来异基因造血干细胞移植领域的很多观点逐步更新,对移植物抗宿主病(GvHD)的认识也有所改变,以往认为GVHD主要表现为受损器官上皮组织的免疫损伤。目前,越来越多的临床、病理和实验室证据支持GVHD中存在着免疫介导的内皮损伤。内皮细胞是GVHD过程中免疫攻击的另一重要靶点,参与GVHD的发生及进展。本文就近年来有关内皮细胞与GVHD相关性的研究作一综述。
