摘要
通过有限元数值模拟软件对铝合金压铸件进行了数值分析,获得了零件成型过程的温度场分布和凝固时间的变化关系。基于模拟结果和新山判据(G/R),得到了压铸件缺陷的预测结果。通过分析上述铝合金压铸件的模拟结果,为后续的生产实践中工艺方案的优化及缺陷分析等提供重要的理论依据。
The numerical simulations of aluminum castings by die casting were carried out. The temperature distribution and solidification time in the filling process were obtained. Based on the simulated results and the Niyama criterion G√R, the predicted results on the defects of aluminum alloy die-castings were gained. By analyzing the simulated results of aluminum castings, it will provide an important theoretical basis for optimizing technological program and defects analyzing in the follow-up productive practice.
