摘要
为了实现电动机保护装置更精确、更灵敏的特点,文章设计了一款基于单片机的保护器。以单片机为核心的电动机保护系统与传统的保护电路相比操作简单、易于控制、灵敏度和可靠性均优于后者。整套装置包括了:主控制芯片、数据采集单元、显示单元和报警单元等模块电路,准确性和使用率均在一定程度上有所提高,实现了对电动机过流和过载的有效保护。
In order to make the features more precise and sensitive of electric motor protection device, a kind of protection device based on single-chip is designed. Compared to traditional protection circuit, it is based on single-chip, making the system operated simply, controlled easily, sensitivity and reliability are all better than the latter. The whole package includes : MCU, data acquisition unit, the display unit and alarm. These devices improved the accuracy and usage of the whole protection circuit and achieves the motor over-current protection and over-load protection.
