摘要
试验表明,在0.01molL-1NaAc-HAc(pH5.0)底液中,环丙沙星能增强Ce(Ⅳ)氧化Ru(phen)2+3的化学发光强度,据此建立了环丙沙星的化学发光分析法,线性范围为3.6×10-7~1.2×10-5gmL-1,检测限为4.4×10-8gmL-1,对8×10-7gmL-1和5×10-5gmL-1的环丙沙星平行测定9次,其相对标准偏差分别为2.8%和3.3%,该法用于片剂中环丙沙星含量的测定,获得满意结果.
According to the mechnism of the reaction of tris (1,10 phenanthroline) Ru(Ⅱ) (Ru(phen) 2+ 3) organic acids Ce(Ⅳ), ciprofloxacin (CF) should be able to determine by this method. It is proved that the CL intensity is enhanced by CF in 0.01 mol·L -1 NaAc HAc(pH 5.0). The linear range and detection limit are 3.6×10 -7 1.2×10 -5 g·mL -1 and 4.4×10 -8 g·mL -1 , respectively. The method has been satisfactorily applied to determine CF in table samples.
