国际金融危机背景下弱势群体社会保障机制问题研究

The Issue of the Disadvantaged Group's Social Security Right under the Background of International Financial Crisis

针对社会转型时期出现的特殊社会群体,本文从国际金融危机对弱势群体的影响入手,分析了我国弱势群体在社会保障机制方面存在的主要问题,提出了完善弱势群体社会保障机制的对策,即解决社会转型时期出现的弱势群体生存问题应强化社会保障制度建设。

This article concentrates on the special social group-the disadvantaged group emerging during the period of social transi- tion.lt starts with analyzing the influence of international financial crisis on this group,bringing forward the concept of the disadvan- taged group＇s social security right during social reforming.It not only analyses the existing problems lying in improving their social security right but also elaborates on how to improve their right.In the concluding part,it draws a conclusion that in order to solve the living problems of the disadvantaged group,social security system needs to be firmly established. Establishing and improving their social security right constitute an important guarantee for social stability and long-term peace and order in the country.
