摘要
介绍了甲醇蒸汽转化制氢技术的工艺及所采用的双功能催化剂QMH01的特点。双功能催化剂使流程简化,在同一反应器中将吸热反应和放热反应偶和在一起,降低了能耗。与同规模的天然气或轻油蒸汽转化制氢相比,能耗可降低50%左右;与电解水制氢相比,氢气成本是其1/2左右。
The hydrogen production process based on methanol steam reforming was described and the characteristics of the two way catalyst used in this process was investigated .This hydrogen production process can be adapted in fine chemical industry and other industry fields.It has many advantages over the hydrogen production process from natural gas or light oil by steam reforming in the capacities range from 200Nm 3/h to 3000Nm 3/h,and a cost is about the half of that produced by water electrolysis.
