摘要
利用盆栽试验研究了蚕沙有机无机复混肥对叶菜类蔬菜青菜(品种为矮脚黄青菜)、生菜(品种为香港玻璃生菜)和菠菜(品种为大叶菠菜)产量和品质的影响。结果表明:叶菜类蔬菜施用蚕沙有机无机复混肥比普通无机复混肥增产36.0%~57.6%,比普通有机无机肥增产20.8%~34.3%,叶绿素含量也有类似的提高趋势;与施用普通无机复混肥和普通有机无机肥相比,施用蚕沙有机无机复混肥后上述3种蔬菜的还原糖含量分别增加37.8%~72.3%和11.8%~21.8%,Vc含量分别增加25.6%~74.6%和5.5%~27.5%,硝酸盐含量分别减少23.6%~42.7%和4.0%~6.8%。
Effects of organic-inorganic complex fertilizer from silkworm excrement on the yield and quality of leafy vegetables (Chinese cabbage, lettuce and spinach) were studied in the pot experiment. The results showed that the yields of the leafy vegetables increased by 36.0% -57.6% and 20. 8% -34. 3% respectively in the application of organic-inorganic complex fertilizer from silkworm excrement compared with conventional inorganic fertilizers and organic-inorganic fertilizers. The content of chlorophyll also increased. The reducing sugar content of the three leafy vegetables had increased by 37. 8%-72.3% and i1.8% -21.8% respectively, the Vc content increased by 25.6% -74. 6% and 5.5%-27. 5% respectively, the content of nitrate decreased by 23.6% -42. 7% and 4. 0% -6. 8% respectively, in the application of organic-inorganic complex fertilizer from silkworm excrement compared with conventional inorganic fertilizers and organic-inorganic fertilizers.
