基于DEMATEC的企业危机管理影响因素研究

The Analysis of Enterprise Crisis Management Factors Based on DEMATEL

随着企业经营环境的不断复杂多变,企业危机已逐渐成为一种常态。国内外学者从不同角度对危机以及企业危机进行了研究,使危机管理理论体系不断发展和完善。本文结合不同的理论方法从多个方面对影响企业危机管理的因素进行研究,构建了企业危机管理影响因素指标体系,运用DEMATEL方法对影响因素进行定量分析,并找出了影响企业危机管理的关键因素,在此基础上提出一系列建议,为企业危机管理研究提供了相关依据,从而提高企业危机管理水平。

With the complex and rapidly changed business environment constantly, enterprise crisis has slowly become a normal state, Scholars from domestic and foreign studied crisis and enterprises crisis from different perspective, so theoretical system developed and improved continuously. This article analyzed, combining different theoretical approaches and from some aspects, the factors of the enterprise crisis management, established enterprise crisis management index system, and then made a quantitative analysis to evaluate the important factors by employing the DEMATEL.
