摘要
结合查新工作经验,分析了当前兵团科技查新现状及主要需求,并就查新工作中存在的问题及原因进行了探讨,提出了对提高查新工作效率、保障查新工作质量、创新查新服务模式和开展查新增值服务的几点建议。
The current situation and main demands of Sci-tech novelty search were analyzed in combination with experience. Based on the existing problems and their causes, some suggestions were advanced to improve the work efficiency and quality of novelty search. Besides, some ideas were given for innovating the service pattern and developing value-added service of novelty search.
