摘要
目的观察玻璃离子水门汀、光固化复合树脂、流动树脂修复牙体浅型楔状缺损的疗效。方法将128例352颗浅型楔状缺损的患牙随机分为A、B、C3组,分别用玻璃离子水门汀、复合树脂、流动树脂充填,1.5年后随访评价其疗效。结果玻璃离子的成功率为80.87%,复合树脂组的成功率为83.33%,流动树脂修复浅型楔状缺损的成功率为94.17%,高于另外两组(P<0.01)。流动树脂修复牙体浅型楔状缺损的成功率高于玻璃离子组和复合树脂组。结论流动树脂是修复牙体浅型楔状缺损的理想材料。
Objective To observe the effects of glass - ionomer cement, light - cured composite resin and flowable composite on restoring dental shallow wedge - shaped defects. Methods 352 teeth in 128 cases with wedge - shaped defects were randomly divided into three groups which were restored with glass - ionomer cement ( Group A) , light - cured composite resin ( Group B) and flowable composite ( Group C) , respectively. Results The 1.5 - year after - treatment successful rates of Group A was 80.87% , Group B was 83.35% , and Group C was 94.17%. The 1.5 - year successful rates of Group C were higher than those of Group A and Group B. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Flowable compositeres is superior to glass - ionomer and light - cured composite resin for restoring shallow wedge - shaped defects.
