摘要
从微观主体科研机构研发投入现状的角度,以协同学为基础,利用复合系统整体协调度模型,研究测算了我国1992—2006年间科研机构研发投入与经济发展之间的协调度,结果表明,我国科研机构研发投入与经济的协调性在所对比的国家中较高,且呈现逐年提高的态势,但这种提高主要依靠研发经费的增长,而科学家、工程师的投入数量却显不足。主要发达国家的科研机构研发经费投入呈先增长后下降态势。
This paper analyzes the current research and development investment of government sector in China, and then makes use of the composite system model of coordination degree of compound system to measure the degree of coordination between economic development and GOVERD investment of China from 1992 to 2006. Comparison between China and other developed countries are analyzed. The result shows that high coordination degree is got in China which mainly depends on the increasing of R&D funds. scientists & engineers investment is in a low level. The R&D funds investment was first increased and decreased in main developed countries.
