居住区车库顶板环境景观设计探讨

Discussion on Environmental Landscape Design of the Garage Roof in the Residential Area

随着我国汽车产业的迅速发展,有车族数量剧增。加之城市用地资源日益紧缺,在城市规划建设中,尤其是中、高档住宅小区对停车位的要求逐步提高,也提出了相应的配套要求。车库顶板景观与车库有机结合的复合使用方式,从一定程度上缓解了土地紧缺的压力,并带来了良好的景观效果。现通过归纳总结车库顶板景观的特点、类型及景观形式,论述其存在的问题、设计要点及发展前景,并提出顶板景观设计的思考。

As the rapid development of auto industry in China, more and more people have owned cars. What＇s more, land resources of urban are being scarced increasingly. In urban planning and construction, particularly in the mid-range and upscale residential area, the problem of parking spaces is attended increasingly, and the corresponding matching requirements are advanced between the residential area and parking spaces. The method that combines the roof landscape and the garage eases the pressure on scarce land to some extent, and have certain visual effects moreover. In this paper, the characteristics.types and forms of the garage roof landscape were summarized. At the Same time, the author discussed the problems.design features and development prospects about it and put forward her own idea about it.
