摘要
在重点分析零件特征典型加工方案及加工方案组合优化原则的基础上,基于STEP-NC应用遗传算法建立了零件加工工艺优化的数学模型。并将该方法应用到具体零件的工艺排序决策过程中,通过编码、杂交、复制、变异等得到满足零件要求的最优工艺路线。验证了遗传算法在STEP-NC工艺路线优化中的有效性。
Based on the key analysis of typical machining plans of part features and the combinatorial optimization principle for machining plans, create a combinatorial optimization mathematical model for parts' machining plans with the help of genetic algorithm based on STEP-NC. Furthermore, this method is applied to the course of decision making of specific part's process scheduling, and an optimal or a sub-optimal process route which satisfies the part's processing requirements is obtained. The effectiveness of genetic algorithm in STEP-NC process route is verified.
