摘要
介绍了3种基本液压控制系统,并对能耗情况做了对比分析;阐述了负载敏感技术及节能原理;分析了悬臂式掘进机负载敏感控制系统在不同速度和负载变化下的调节过程;指出了这种控制系统的特点。
Three basic hydraulic control systems are introduced, and their energy consumption are contrasted.The load sensing technology and energy-saving principle are described. The adjustment process of the load sensing control system of the cantilever-type roadheader is analyzed under different speed and load change. The characteristics of the control system are pointed out.
