摘要
糖尿病作为一种慢性疾病,容易合并各种并发症,糖尿病肾病是最常见的并发症之一,发病率逐年上升,已经成为糖尿病致命的主要原因。简述了中西医学对糖尿病肾病的病因病机、诊断、分期的认识;就目前中西医治疗糖尿病肾病的方式,各自的优势与不足做一综述。
As a chronic disease, diabetes is apt to cause complications. One common complication is diabetic nephropathy whose prevalence rate increases every year. The diabetic nephropathy has been a leading fatal cause of diabetes. This paper starts with viewpoints on etiological factors and pathogenesis, treatment and staging of diabetic nephropathy in both Chinese medicine and western medicine. It then reviews current treatment for diabetic nephropathy in both Chinese medicine and western medicine, as well as their advantages and disadvantages.
