综合疗法治疗牙周牙髓联合病变96例临床报告

Clinic Report of the Synthesis Therapy for 96 Cases of Ally Lesion of Periodontal and Dental Pulp

目的探讨综合疗法治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的时机选择及其疗效.方法总结2a来收治的牙周牙髓联合病变96例,117个患牙.综合疗法:(1)牙周基础治疗:控制菌斑,龈上洁治,龈下刮治,调牙合;(2)根管治疗:进行常规根管预备、消毒,用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管;(3)全身治疗:口服广谱抗生素及甲硝唑,3次/d,疗程1周.结果经6～36个月随访,有效率为90.6%.结论采用综合疗法治疗牙周牙髓联合病变,临床疗效满意,是一种系统、有效的治疗方法.

Objective To explore the occasion and effect of synthesis therapy for ally lesion of periodontal and dental pulp. Methods We analyzed the data of 117 teeth from 96 cases of the ally lesion of periodontal and dental pulp. The therapy methods were： （1） basic treatment （control bacterium spot, gingiva treatment）. （2） root canal treatment （sterilize and stuff）. （3） the whole treatment （an oral antibiotic and mertronidazole）. Result All patients were followed up for 6 -36 months, the effective rate was 90.6%. Conclusion This synthesis therapy for ally lesion of periodontal and dental pulp is systemic and effective.
