摘要
采用大孔树脂、凝胶柱层析对大株红景天中的成分进行分离，通过色谱法测定其中性糖含量为76．35％，且几乎不含酸性糖；CC结果表明其中的单糖主要为葡萄糖。
Respectively using macroperous resin column（ D101 ）, Sephadex column-G-50 to Separate;Use Phenol-sulfttric acid method, Lowry, Biphenol between France to determinate the samples of the total sugar, protein, acidic sugar content; sugar composition of the samples used GC. According to the result of the chromatography the neutral sugars content of about 76.35% ,and almost non-acidic sugar,according the result of the composition its main monosaccharide is Glc.
