摘要
对超临界二氧化碳萃取技术从灰枣核中提取黄酮类化合物进行了工艺优化。研究了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间以及夹带剂用量对黄酮类化合物萃取效果的影响,结果显示:萃取压力和夹带剂用量对黄酮类化合物得率有显著影响,而萃取温度和萃取时间影响不显著。优选得到的最佳萃取工艺条件为:萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间2.0h,夹带剂(75%乙醇)用量3ml/Mg,得率为1.6665%,比溶剂法提高2.9倍。
The technology of extracting Huizao jujube stone flavonoids was investigated using supercritical carbon dioxide. The influence of extracting factors on extraction effect such as extracting pressure, temperature, time and cosolvent dosage was studied using orthogonol experiment. The results indicated that the effect of extraction pressure and cosolvent dosage on the yield of flavonoids is significant, but extraction temperature and extraction time are not significant. The optimum supercritical CO2 extraction conditions are determined as follows : extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction tempera ture 50 ℃ ,3 mL/g (75 % )ethanol and extraction time 2.0 h. The extraction rate of flavonoids obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction is 1. 6665% ,which is 2.9 times higher than that from ethanol.
