摘要
介绍了历史保护建筑的结构特点及对变形的控制要求,以及深基坑围护设计中如何根据变形控制要求进行有针对性的设计方案及施工措施。以上海半岛酒店工程为例,根据以上技术重点,同时根据时空效应理论,采取分期施工的方法,在实施过程中依据基坑信息化施工的监测数据进行施工过程控制,较成功的实现了邻近历史保护建筑的深基坑设计与施工。该工程的实践,可为类似工程提供一定的经验与参考。
Structural status of historical buildings and deformation control were introduced, and how to decide the deformation control standard for the deep excavation adjacent to these buildings and how to give appropriate engi neering design plan were discussed in this paper. Taking the peninsula Hotel project at the Bund of Shanghai as a case study in this paper, and the previously - mentioned items were used as skills in this projects at the same times the excavation was divided into two stages of construction by use of time space theory to maximally deduce the deflections and its construction procedures were readjusted by the information monitoring. Therefore the historic buildings were successfully protected during deep excavation. Experiences in this project can be referred by the similar projects.
