摘要
通过采用控轧控冷工艺,对在高线轧机上用普碳钢生产KL400Ⅲ级螺纹钢筋进行探讨,经试轧,生产出Φ8mm的KL400Ⅲ级螺纹钢筋。结果表明,在具有低温轧制能力的高线轧机生产线上,采用控轧控冷工艺生产高强度钢筋是可行的。
The research on the process of control rolling and control cooling was carried out to produce the KL400Ⅲ screw bars by low carbon steel on high speed wire mill.By trial rolling,the KL400Ⅲ screw bar of 8mm in diameter was produced.The result shows that production of high strength screw bars is reasonable by the control rolling and control cooling process on high-speed wire mill with the capacity of low temperature rolling.
