一维SnO_2纳米结构的制备及光电性质研究进展

Research Progress in Preparation and Photoelectric Properties of 1D SnO_2 Nanostructures

摘要 介绍了一维SnO2纳米结构的制备方法,重点阐述了气相合成和液相合成的生长机理,评述了几种典型一维纳米结构的合成、微结构及形成机理,综述了一维SnO2纳米结构的光致发光、光响应、光电导、电输运、场发射及气敏特性方面的研究结果,并展望了未来的研究方向。 Preparing method of 1D SnO2 nanostructures and growth mechanism of synthesis in gas and liquid phase are introduced. Fabrication, microstructure and formation mechanism of a few representative SnO2 nanostructures are reviewed. Research progress in photoluminescence, photoresponse, photoconduction, electricity transport, field emission and gas sensitivity properties of 1D SnO2 nanostruetures are summarized and research efforts in the future are prospected.
