摘要
在锂离子电池的生产过程中,需要对锂离子电池的电压、放电容量、内阻、电压自放电率等电池特性参数范围进行测量和分选,以作为对锂离子电池进行品质分选的依据。常规的锂离子电池测试设备只可以测量和分选电池容量;常规的内阻测试仪只可以测量和分选电池内阻;常规的自放电率检测仪[1]只可以测量和分选电池电压、自放电率。如果需要测量电池的全部特性参数,就必需在多种设备上轮流测量,费时费力,效率极低。研究了一种新型的电池综合特性管理系统,电池电压、容量、内阻、自放电率等综合特性参数的测试都在同一个系统上同时完成。测试完成后,通过系统的电池分选仪进行快速、准确的分选。
In the process of producing of Lithium-ion battery, we need to test and sort out the ranges of the parameter of battery characteristics, for example, the voltage, the discharge capacity, the resistance, and the discharge rate of battery, the data of which function as the basis of quality classifying of the Lithium-ion battery. The conventional Lithium-ion battery test device can only test and sort out the ranges of battery's discharge capacity, The conventional resistance test device can only test and sort out the ranges of battery' s resistance, The conventional discharge rate test device can only test and sort out the ranges of the discharge rate of the battery. If you want to test all the battery characteristic parameter of the battery, you have to test the battery on three device. This mode is very poor efficiency. This paper studies on a new kind of battery characteristic automatic manage system, which can test all the characteristics parameter at the same time. After testing, the system can rapidly, accurately and automatically sorting out all kinds of parameter of battery characteristics of the Lithium-ion battery.
