摘要
为了增强产品设计和再设计能力,提出合理有效的应用目前的正向设计和逆向设计系统,将二者相结合,从测量数据中提取出可以重新进行参数化设计的特征及设计意图,进行再设计,完成CAD模型。在正逆向混合设计理论的基础上,以相应软件为平台,选取成型铣刀的构建,说明了通过混合设计方法可以提高构建零件的效率;羊毛剪头的构建说明通过混合设计方法,在原有模型的基础上进行二次开发,可以提高设计效率,减少产品入世的失败率,并且能够满足精密加工要求。
In order to enhance product design and re-design capability,the application of rational and effective design of the current forward and reverse design of the system will forward the design and reverse design combining measurement data from the extracted parameters can be re-design features and design intent,re-design,complete CAD model. Are mixed in reverse on the basis of design theory to the corresponding software for the platform,select Molding Cutter Construction,described the adoption of hybrid design method can improve the efficiency of building a spare parts ; and Construction of the first shearing of wool through the mixed-design methodology, in the original model based on secondary development,can improve design efficiency and reduce product failure rate of accession to the WTO,and be able to meet precision machining requirements.
