摘要
[目的]确定山核桃果皮醌的最佳提取工艺。[方法]以新鲜山核桃果皮为原料,采用不同溶剂萃取其中的总醌,通过单因素试验考察溶剂种类、提取温度、提取时间及料液比等对醌提取率的影响,通过正交试验对醌提取工艺进行优化。[结果]单因素试验结果表明,最佳提取溶剂为70%乙醇,最佳提取时间为3 h,最佳提取温度为70℃,最佳料液比为1∶15(g/ml)。正交试验结果表明,山核桃果皮醌的最佳提取工艺为:70%乙醇为提取剂,料液比1∶15(g/ml),提取温度60℃,提取时间2 h,此条件下,总醌得率达0.84%。[结论]该研究优化了山核桃果皮醌的提取工艺。
[Objective] The aim was to deter mine the optimum extraction process of quinone from Carya cathayensis peel.[Method] With fresh peel of C.cathayensis as the material,the total quinone in it was extracted with different solvents,and the effects of solvent types,extraction temperature,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on extraction rate of quinone were studied through single factor test.The extraction process of quinone was optimized through orthogonal test.[Result] The results of single factor test showed that the optimum extraction solvent,extraction time,extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio were 70% ethanol,3 h,70 ℃ and 1∶15(g/ml) resp..The results of orthogonal test showed that the optimum extraction processof quinone from C.cathayensis peel was 70% ethanol as extraction solvent with solid-liquid ratio of 1∶15(g/ml),extraction temperature of 60 ℃ and extraction time of 2 h.Under this condition,the yield rate of total quinone reached 0.84%.[Conclusion] The study optimized the extraction process of quinone from C.cathayensis peel.
