摘要
用双辊熔体旋转法制得的Al-12.45Si合金薄带具有亚共晶组织,Si相以粒状形态均匀分布于α—Al相基体.在成带及随后的冷却过程中,过饱和固溶于α—Al相中的Si已有部分析出.用XRD内标定量法确定在薄带激冷边和中心部位的α-Al相中Si的溶解度为13.5mg·g-1和7.1mg·g-1.
The Al-12.45Si alloy ribbons prepared by double rollers method have hypo-eutectic morphology. The Si phase with morphology of particles was even distributed in α-Al phase base. During formation of ribbon and process of colting, parts of Si which were supersaturation solid soluble in α-Al phase have been separated out. Using X-Ray inter-standard analysis method, it was determined that the solubility of Si in α-Al phase is 13.5mg.g-1 in the edge and 7.1mg.g-1 in the middle of ribbons,respectively.
