摘要
目前我国的循环流化床锅炉大多采用8mm以下宽呼分的煤位,这不同于国外循环流化床锅炉使用的窄筛分物料,这种宽筛分煤位中的细粉部分和大领位部分在流化床内的运动特性和着火燃饶有不同的表现。本文从空气动力特性和燃烧特性两方面进行了初步的理论探讨,并由此对循环流化床的设计和运行提出了建议.
Currently most of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boi1ers in China appIywide screen sized coal partic1es below 8mm, which is different from the narrow screen sizedstuff applied in CFB boilers at abroad. The fine particle part and the large partic1e part inthe wide screen sizing have different performances in the characteristics of moving iufluidized bed, and inflammation and combustion features. This paper gives a preliminarytheoretic study from two asPects of ajr dynamic characteristics and combustioncharacteristics and make suggestions to the design and operatiou of fluidized bed.
