摘要
目的:对伞形科植物川芎Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.进行化学成分研究。方法:溶剂提取,色谱分离,光谱鉴定化合物结构。结果:从川芎干燥根茎95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为3′,6,8′,3a-二聚藁本内酯(1)、Z,Z-6′,6,7,3′a-二聚藁本内酯(2)、4-羟基-3-丁基-苯酞(3)、洋川芎内酯I(4)、5-羟基-3-亚丁基苯酞(5)、孕(甾)烯醇酮(6)、单棕榈酸甘油酯(7)、川芎三萜(8)、琥珀酸(9)、阿魏酸(10)、咖啡酸(11)。结论:化合物1、7、9为首次从该植物中分离得到;首次运用圆二色谱(CD)技术确定了化合物1、2的绝对构型。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.. Methods: Chromatographic methods, such as silica gel, sephadex LH-20, ODS, HPLC. Structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 3′ ,6,8′ ,3a-diligustilide( 1 ), Z,Z- 6′ ,6,7,3′ a-diligustilide ( 2 ), 4-hydroxy-3-butyl-phthalide ( 3 ), senkyunolideI ( 4 ), 5-hydroxy-3-butylene-phthalide ( 5 ), preg-nenolone (6), monopalmitin (7), xiongterpene ( 8 ), succinic acid (9), ferulic acid (10), caffeic acid ( 11 ). Conclusion: Compounds 1,7 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Stereo structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined by CD spectra for the first time.
