摘要
从温拌沥青混合料配合比设计、原材料选择、压实和施工质量控制等环节,分析了温拌沥青混合料施工工艺。研究表明:温拌沥青混合料应严格控制集料的含水量和粉尘含量;为适应不同类型温拌沥青混合料的需要,应对中国广泛使用的间歇式拌和站进行相应的设备改进;压实过程应遵循紧跟、慢压、高频、低幅"的原则。
Construction technology about warm mix asphalt is studied by analyzing the mix proportion design, raw material and quality control of warm mix asphalt. The research indicates that: the water and dust content of warm mix asphalt should be controlled strictly; the equipment should be improved according to types of warm mix asphalt; the compaction should be done following the principle as followed: to follow closely and pave slowly with high-frequency and low-amplitude.
