温拌沥青混合料施工技术研究

Study on Construction Technology of Warm Mix Asphalt

从温拌沥青混合料配合比设计、原材料选择、压实和施工质量控制等环节,分析了温拌沥青混合料施工工艺。研究表明:温拌沥青混合料应严格控制集料的含水量和粉尘含量;为适应不同类型温拌沥青混合料的需要,应对中国广泛使用的间歇式拌和站进行相应的设备改进;压实过程应遵循紧跟、慢压、高频、低幅"的原则。

Construction technology about warm mix asphalt is studied by analyzing the mix proportion design, raw material and quality control of warm mix asphalt. The research indicates that： the water and dust content of warm mix asphalt should be controlled strictly; the equipment should be improved according to types of warm mix asphalt; the compaction should be done following the principle as followed： to follow closely and pave slowly with high-frequency and low-amplitude.
